Eco-Trust participates in the Annual Coastal Cleanup 2018

The International Coastal Cleanup in collaboration with Ocean Conservancy, World Wildlife Fund (WWF), Guyana Youth and Environment Network (GYEN), and the Protected Areas Commission hosts their annual Coastal Cleanup.
The theme for the Coastal Clean up this year 2018:
"Turn the Tide on Trash, every Tiny Piece Matters"
Eco-Trust Society takes part in the coastal cleaning activities along the Seawall, alongside other participants by clearing away as much trash as possible along the shores. Trash was placed into large garbage bags, and placed in heaps to be later carried off and processed at the different landfill sites in Guyana.
