Eco-Trust Society's New Logo, Colour & T-Shirts!
Eco-Trust turns 26 this year, and we've decided to revamp our image by adopting a NEW LOGO and CLUB COLOUR!!!
LOGO Description & Explanation:
The Logo consists of Two Circles where one represents the Sun and the other (that is embedded in the Sun) is a Globe with lines of Longitude and Latitude.
The Northern and Southern Hemispheres of the Globe are Sky Blue and Brown respectively, which represents the Sky and Earth.
In the center of the Globe lies a White Book and a Stick Figure, with leaves at its tip, protruding from the Book. This represents knowledge being translated into action in order to develop new innovative ideas to protect the environment; it symbolizes utilizing educational forces to pursue our goals.
The Sun is outlined by a green leafy border. Within some of the leaves are different forms of renewable energy (wind power, solar power, biofuel, geothermal & hydrogen fuel), green practices (recycling) and resources (trees represented by a leave and water represented by a raindrop).
